• Usage data: logs, device/browser data, and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
• Website data: approximate location from IP address, pages visited, and referral information when you browse our marketing site.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Genteable platform.
• Process subscriptions and usage metering.

Subprocessors

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Clerk (authentication), Featurebase (in-app support and feedback), Unipile and InboxKit (email and LinkedIn connectivity), OpenRouter (AI inference), Polar (billing), Vercel (hosting and website analytics), and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

International data transfers

Genteable may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and data processing agreements with vendors.

Data retention

We retain account and workspace data while your subscription is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention practices.
