These terms govern your use of Genteable as a B2B sales engagement platform. Outreach is sent from accounts you connect; you remain responsible for compliance with applicable outreach laws and platform policies.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Genteable, a B2B software platform operated by Genteable ("Genteable", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Service description

Genteable is an AI GTM copilot for B2B revenue teams. The platform helps you research accounts, enrich contacts, draft personalized email and LinkedIn messages, and manage outbound campaigns. Outreach is sent through mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts that you connect. Human approval is required by default before messages are sent unless you explicitly enable automated launch in your workspace settings.

The service includes integrated support and feedback tools for authenticated users. Details on cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy.

Customer responsibilities

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, and LinkedIn Terms of Service.
You must have a lawful basis to contact prospects and must honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly.
You must not use Genteable to send spam, purchase or resell lead lists, scrape data in violation of third-party terms, or misrepresent your identity.
You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your connected accounts.

Accounts and billing

Subscriptions, usage limits, and billing are described at checkout and in your workspace plan settings. Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Acceptable use

Use of Genteable is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or risk to deliverability and compliance.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genteable disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Genteable is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service or outbound activities conducted through your connected accounts.
